NOTICE
Election of Representatives of Privilege
Members, Chief Patrons, Grand Patrons and Patrons on the Central Council of
AISCCON for the years 2013 – 2016
AISCCON at its Executive Meeting held on 23rd
April 2013 at Chennai has appointed Shri C. D. KHARE, Mulund East, Mumbai 400
081 as Returning Officer and Shri R.N. BAPAT, Mulund East, Mumbai 400 081 as
Additional Returning Officer for conducting the above Elections.
As per the Constitution of AISCCON, 1
Representatives for Privilege Members, 1 Representative for 5 Chief Patrons, 1
Representative for 10 Grand Patrons and 1 Representative for 50 Patrons are to
be elected on the Central Council of AISCCON through postal ballot. According
to the present strength of Patrons the following number of Representatives are
to be elected for the years 2013 – 2016.

The Elections of Representatives of various
types of Patrons and Privilege Members on the Central Council of AISCCON will
be held in the first part of the Election Process.
After preparing a complete list of Representatives
of the Institutions affiliated to AISCCON and the elected Representatives from
Patrons and Privilege Members on the Central Council, the Elections for the
following Executive Committee Posts will be held :

RULES
OF ELECTION
1.
The Proposer, the Seconder and the Candidate
must be a Privilege Member / Chief Patron/Grand Patron / Patron of AISCCON.
2.
A Privilege Member / Chief Patron / Grand
Patron / Patron of AISCCON can either propose or second only one nomination for
a Post.
3.
The Proposer and / or Seconder shall propose
or second a candidate of the category
he belongs e.g. Chief Patron shall propose / second the candidate contesting the post of Representative of
Chief Patrons.
4.
Incomplete Nomination Paper shall be rejected.
5.
Voting shall be by postal ballot.
